Haytham spent nearly five years owning and operating Bluebird Cannabis retail locations in Ottawa — managing supplier relationships, buyer conversations, and shelf performance firsthand. That retailer perspective is what makes Field North different from every other rep service.

Before cannabis, he led F&B operations at the Fairmont Château Laurier and ARC The Hotel. He holds a Cannabis Retail Manager License, is bilingual in English and French, and knows Eastern Ontario's retail landscape personally.
